Carausius (287-293). BI Antoninianus, Camulodunum mint. D/ IMP C CARAVSIVS P AVG. Radiate, draped and cuirassed bust right. R/ PAX AVG. Pax standing left, holding olive branch and sceptre; in exergue, C. RIC 301. BI. g. 5.20 mm. 25.00 Wonderful portrait. Lovely green-grey toning, with traces of silvering. Usual minor areas of flatness, otherwise about EF.
