China. 1914. 20 Cents, P-36b S/M#C294-60, "Small Change" Issued banknote, Black on green underprint, Great Wall of China in middle, Back orange-brown, S/N C0017891, PMG graded Choice Fine 15. This is the only example graded in the PMG census. No examples have appeared previously in auction that we could fine. This is the first time we have offered this amazing little note.
