Obv. Bust of Phraates IV on the left, bare head with a triple headband, without a knot that falls behind the head, the notched hair covering the ear, the short and pointed beard.
Rev. BASILEWS/ BASILEWN/ ARSAKOU // EUERGETOU/ DIKAIOU // EPIFANOUS/ FILLENHNOS/ S XANDI - Phraates IV seated left on throne with back facing right, receiving palm from Tyche standing left in field on right, draped, holding horn of plenty.
