GREEK BLACK GLAZED RIBBED SQUAT LEKYTHOS

Ca. 400 - 300 BC A Greek ribbed squat lekythos with a ribbed globula body on discoid base. The vessel has flat shoulders connected to a narrow and inverted conical shaped rim. The entire surface of the vessel is covered in a homogeneous grey and black glaze.
