WESTERN ASIATIC BRONZE AXE HEAD
Ca. 1200 - 800 BC A Western Asiatic cast-bronze axe head of unusual form bearing a paddle-shaped blade head that projects slightly downwards from the slender neck. The socketing shaft is comprised of open cylindrical flanges. On the other side, there is a long solid horizontal blade.
