MONUMENTAL ROMAN BRONZE STATUE OF VENUS

A substantial bronze figure of the goddess Venus standing with her weight on her right leg, the left leg bent at the knee and slightly advanced. Her slender torso is portrayed nude; her right arm bent; her head turned to her right, her gaze slightly downturned; her hair arranged in an intricate coiffure with curls cascading down her shoulders.
