Ca. 3rd-2nd millennium BC.
An exceptional triad of Bactrian schist stone bowls. The first of these vessels assumes a hemispherical form, its surface impeccably smooth, a pristine canvas upon which the nuances of history have been etched. Behold the second bowl, its rounded countenance concealing depths that hold secrets of time immemorial. Circumferential bands, etched with meticulous precision, adorn the upper reaches of its body. The juxtaposition of depth and decor engenders an air of enigma, an aesthetic dialogue between the profound and the ornate. Completing this triptych, the third bowl presents itself in the form of a hemispherical sanctuary, its generous amplitude exuding an aura of opulence. A pronounced rim, bedecked with intricate motifs, bestows a dignified grandeur upon this vessel.
