HELLENISTIC POTTERY STRAINER JUG
Ca. 300-200 BC. A bright brown pottery strainer jug with a piriform body on a ring base with a short neck, everted rim, and a solid top with multiple strainer holes. The vessel also features a tubular spout and a decorated handle, which connects the neck with a steep shoulder. Intact with sinter. Size: L:160mm / W:125mm ; 460g Provenance: Ex private collection WF, Munich, since before 2000.
