GREEK APULIAN XENON WARE OINOCHOE WITH PALMETTE DECORATION
Apulia, Ca. 2nd half of the 4th Century BC. A classic oinochoe with an elegant, black-glazed body finished with a trefoil spout and a strap handle connecting the mouth with the shoulder. The exterior surface is decorated with a red-painted central register of a large palmette design.
