ROMAN TERRACOTTA OIL LAMP WITH EROTIC SCENE
Ca. 100-200 AD. A terracotta oil lamp of a discoid body, looped handle, corseted nozzle with volute decoration to each side, rounded spout, and a recessed discus bearing an erotic scene in relief of a nude male laying atop of the bed and holding his female lover's hair who crouches before him.
