Kings of Macedon. Alexander III the Great. 336-323 B.C. AR drachm (15,5mm, 4,2 g). Kolophon. Head of Herakles to right, wearing lion skin headdress R / Zeus Aëtophoros seated to left, holding sceptre; ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΥ to right, head of lion to left above Φ in left field, pentagram below throne. Price 1836.
