1st century AD. Three intaglios, damaged. Nicolo-agate depicts Mercury with his attributes standing right. Fair condition, wear marks and chips on the edges. Carnelian intaglio shows Jupiter seated on his throne, holding his scepter with left hand. Extremely fine condition of the image with great depth of carving, large chips at the top edge. Small agate is indistinguishable.
