10th - 12th century AD. Exceptional large bronze reliquary cross pendant, hinge to the bottom and a suspension loop at the top for wearing, adorned with five red jewells and circle and dot decoration on one side; other side shows the Mother of God with hands raised in blessing and the inscription above her head reads ΜΡ ΘΥ, the abbreviation for Μητερα Θεού (Mother of God).
