Danubian Celts, Imitating Thasos, 2nd-1st centuries BCE, AR tetradrachm. 16.70g, 33mm.
Obv: Head of Dionysus right, crowned with ivy, wearing mitra.
Rev: ΗΡΑΚΛΕΟΥΣ-ΣΩΤΗΡΟΣ-ΘΑΣΙΩΝ, Heracles standing facing, head left, draped with lion-skin, resting right hand on club; MH monogram in inner left field.
