IMP C M ANT GORDIANVS, laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Gordian III right, seen from behind / COL IVL AVS PGLLA (sic), Pan seated left on rock, raising his right hand to head, his left elbow resting on his syrinx. RPC VII.2, - (unassigned; ID 71349) ; SNG ANS 639; BMC 42. VF, dark green patina with earthen highlights. Rare, only seven specimens known to RPC with this reverse spelling variation.
