Faustina Senior, Augusta, 138-140/1. Sestertius (Orichalcum, 32 mm, 28.06 g, 12 h), Rome, circa 139. FAVSTINA AVG ANTONINI AVG PII P P Diademed and draped bust of Faustina to right. Rev. CONCORDIA AVG / S - C Concordia standing front, head to left, leaning with her left elbow on column, holding patera in her right hand and double cornucopiae in her left. BMC 1115. Cohen 154 corr. (omits PII in error). RIC 1076. An attractive lifetime Sestertius with a noble portrait and a very old pedigree dating to the 18th century. Very minor deposits, otherwise, good very fine.
